Shipping

  • You can check your order details and shipping status in the "Orders" section on Account.
  • Immaterial uses FedEx for delivery.
  • Free shipping is the standard, and any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product detail page.
  • The shipping period depends on the location of customers.(Usually do not exceed a week.)

*In case of a system error where an out-of-stock product is available for purchase, we will contact you within 1 day.




Exchange and Return

  • Exchanges due to size are free for the first time.
    After the first free exchange, returns will incur a round-trip shipping fee of 2 times the delivery cost.

  • Returns for simple change of mind are available for a fee, with a round-trip shipping charge of 70 USD.

  • Exchanges and returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-eligible for Exchange or Return:

  • If the product is damaged.
  • If the packaging, contents, or box are damaged.
  • If the product has been used or partially consumed, resulting in a significant decrease in its value.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
